The Installation Meeting of Canterbury Council No 65
On Friday 14th November, the Canterbury Council were delighted to receive a visit from R.W. Bro. Brian Ward, District Grand Prefect, for the Installation Meeting.
The Worshipful Master, W. Bro. Pierre was proclaimed for a second year, and invested his new officers in a magnificent and warm manner, which is in perfect keeping with the warmth not only of this Council, but the ethos of the Order in general, particularly here in Kent.
Bros Peter Laker M.B.E. and Karl Bowman were privileged to have their Grand Council certificates presented to them by the District Grand Prefect which is always lovely to behold. R.W. Bro. Brian Ward presents these certificates in a moving and heartfelt manner, explaining the connections between each degree and the Mark/Royal Arch. In itself, the presentation is a fantastic piece of "Ritual", and is absolutely superb to witness.
